  clean facility, friendly staff, knowledgeable instructors who watch over your form & safety to ensure you gain the most from the work out & push you to challenge yourself, all in a very positive atmosphere, lots of fun, started thru groupon, totally addicted

  I found this studio through Groupon awhile ago and I loved it. But recently I moved far away and was trying to purchase classes at another studio with a similar name and bought classes here by MISTAKE. I tried to get in contact with the studio which is nearly impossible. I have called at various times and no one answers. I sent emails, only one rude response telling me no refunds. Now I am out of close to $200. Be careful with them.

  I took Denise Lynne's Booty Barre class this morning and must say Denise is an amazing teacher. She is extremely knowledgeable about the body and proper form. I learned a lot and highly recommend taking her class.
