  Do not work for this company on dedicated White Wave account!!! On phone recruiter says you make .45 a mile. This is not true. It's .42 a mile. They also told me loads would be ready at Mt. Crawford,VA and they would be drop loaded and pick up loaded. This has only happened one time. All the rest has been live unload and then reload your trailer. 3 to 4 hours minimum ,some drivers have sat for a whole day. The loads leaving Texas come out of US Cold Storage in Dallas. They are loaded wrong every single time. Too heavy on tandems because you have to have your tandems at 41 feet for Virginia and Tennessee. The loaders speak very minimal English so when you tell them how to load your trailer they don't understand at all. The return load coming to cold storage in Arlington is the only good thing about it. They unload you fairly quickly and will take you earlier than your appointment.

  Sorry trucks. 62-64 mph, won't idle between 30-70 degrees. No apu, no inverter. No frills trucking. Sorry customers, sorry locations. Still owe me for 6 trips not paid for. If you want prepass it costs you 4.00 a week...lol.if you quit without 5 day notice, they keep 500.00 of your check. How legal is that? But keep in mind these are ohio yankee doodle dandies your talking about. Do yourself a favor and don't drive for this piece.
