  This store has excellent product selection, however, had a horrible experience with customer service. If you don't mind waiting hours to be helped by a customer service representative, than this is your store. would not mind coming back to the store, but just thinking of wasted hours I spent just waiting to be helped turns me away. If customer representatives were busy with other customers it will be understandable but considering that during my visits there were reps that were available to help, the waiting is unacceptable.

  If you like dented custom cabinets, molding orders that take months to come in, workers who leave the company so you are stuck with Brian who doesn’t return phone calls then go with Consumers.

  They might have good prices, that is about it. I think they have deals with the manufactures of a higher line product to provide a lower quality build and hardware for their customers. I placed a order and was told by the sales man they usually take 4 weeks to come in but they always tell the customer it will be 5 weeks just to give extra time fro any unforeseen delays. I get a phone call a week after I placed the order from the sales man saying he quoted me the wrong price on the top, and said it was a mistake and was willing to split the cost, I agreed, as long as it didn't impede the delivery date, i was informed that it wouldn't. well the invoice said I would receive delivery on June 28th, finally July 15th the product arrives at my home. upon inspection the drawer's were wobbly, the door closures were not set properly, and the top that I paid extra money for had surface scratches and was chipped.
