  Just got off the phone with them the service that I had on the phone was perfect ;very well explained and kind 100% !

  Terrible !! I have been calling EVERY DAY and get the same response! “ call back in ten business days.” I am so disgusted with the service! The people who answer the phones are incredibly rude, after waiting nearly two hours onhold they say one sentence and hang up. I really think they just pretend to look up my application. I will be writing to the governor and all other essential personnel about this. This is no okay especially for a govement office !!!

  These investogators treat the victim like he/she is the offender! Workere have horrible attitudes, are rude and have no interest in helping consumers who have been wronged. The burden shoukd be on the perpetrator not the victim. This departement is only interested in high profile cases that make the news.

  I submitted a complete application and heard back within a couple of weeks. Everyone I dealt with, from lobby security officers to the office personnel in the Engineering department, were polite and professional. Little bit of a wait time upstairs (about 10-15 minutes until I was helped) but definitely not an unpleasant visit. The only sour part was the 20 minutes it took to find parking around the area.
