  Personal amable, te atienden rapido y lo mejor que en 40 min te dan la matricula. Aprate dan informacion que te ayuda mucho sobre muchos tramites migratorios y los que tienes que hacer cuando un ser querido fallece.

  They no longer accept walk-ins. Everything must be done with an appointment. They gave me the phone # to call to make an appointment and once you get through all the prompts, it disconnects. (good luck in making an appointment) The staff is very rude and think they are superior to you. Not a friendly atmosphere at all.

  Fui a tramitar el pasaporte de mis 3 hijos incluido el mio, y creo que el tiempo fue el adecuado para cada tramite, fue rapido y para mi sorpresa fueron muy amables; para mi fue excelente el servicio.

  I had a very good experience. You will get treated the way you treat others. Everyone was very nice friendly and helpful. I was in and out quick without any hiccups....lol
