  We have called for weeks and no one is answering and we NEED to contact them. I can't believe how terrible it is trying to reach anyone. We should have just gone elsewhere because this is insane

  No puedo creerlo nunca contestan y cuando lo Asen le cortan la llamada a uno que Servicio mas malo tienen segun es para ayuda pero no sirven para nada prefiero ir a California mas lejos pero ahi ni cita nesecita uno para que lo atiendan....finalmente agarro una cita y results que el sistema no sirve que desgrasia de Este Consulado que verguensa

  Es lamentable que uno pasa día tras día llamando y nuca contestan el teléfono, Por otra parte la ves pasada que fui aque me ayudaran a llenar mis aplicaciones del tps.me gustó mucho vje o en la manera rápida y amable como me atendieron bendiciones

  3 months later and I’m still calling in hopes that someone maybe by some miracle will answer the phone. So embarrassing that the consulate of my country has the WORST service (for lack of a better word) in the whole entire world! You would think they’re out of business if that’s even possible for a consulate. Horrible! No one ever answers the phone. my passport expires in 3months and all I'm trying to do is change my name on my passport and renew it. I love my people but this is terrible service! The Consulate in Vancouver, Canada is amazing compared to my experience with Seattle!!!! I would vote 0 ⭐️ if it was an option!
