Problematic, concerning the 4th, and 14th amendment issue. These officers have been told by "someone" that they can blatantly, and wrongfully violate citizens Bill of Rights, Never mind the U.S Constitution! Yes! Exactly that happened in Tucson, on, of all days, Memorial Day, and being a Veteran, I was insulted, threatened with police action, and was ORDERED off of a place I have been sitting down for years, without any problems! They have no idea what they are getting themselves into, or opening themselves up to a lawsuit.

Meah! What a loser outfit! I worked there almost 3 yrs. Stupid, vindictive and outrageous behavior, e.g. insane & inconsistent rules. Very poor job training. Lack of listening skills. Biggest problem is the total lack of Leadership in this company. Co. caves-in to the slightest pressure, to ridiculous and extremely petty allegations over an officer's job performance (clients wildly exaggerate). Experienced officers are working for criminally LOW wages. The company puts up with "problem Clients" rather than fix problems. Officers seldom , if ever get any kudos, and no raises whatsoever! Supervisors come and go like flies. Co. is overly dependent on glad-handing & cozy contracts involving County employees misusing guards as surrogate employees; officers are used as Cashiers, Office Clerks and catch-all workers in any other positions. Ex: medical forms are confidential yet guards were forced handle these in violation of HIPPA regs. Securitas' employees (on post) are NOT allowed proper breaks or lunch periods in clear violation of Federal Wage & Hour Standards. When a guard asks any question about or refers to a Client's abuse (or any problem) the situation is glossed over, swept under the rug and good people are re-assigned. In other words, "management" doesn't really manage anything at all. Hundreds of good, decent and experienced people are wasted by this company. Office Managers are frequently juniors (mouldable Yes men) with almost no industry experience, with the emphasis on selling new contracts. Do yourself a huge favor and go anywhere else for any job - quickly.

Great company to work for, flexible, decent pay, and the location is pretty nice. It does take a while to get the job, but it is well worth the wait. I wish I still worked there!

The building that this company is located in, is very nice. The staff is very helpful, the process for getting hired does take a long time, but they treat their employees good
