::HOW THE HELL DO YOU GET AHOLD OF THESE PEOPLE!
Nathalie Vazquez
::They have horrible customer service when making a phone call, not only are they only available one hour in the day for phone calls but they never answer, and I have been hung up on. Incredibly rude front desk man.
Ben Bogard
::Very helpful and kind and friendly, helped us through the process of getting our German dual citizenship. Danke!

::Not only does it takes hours for someone to answer when you call, but they are very rude and impatient. Worst service ever!

::I have never dealt with things like getting a passport. I am 22 and the last passport I had was from when I was a child. I had gathered all the documents on their list and after almost being late due to terrible Miami traffic the security was very polite and everything was simple. After getting the booth number and waiting only 20 minutes after the appointment time (which really, I have had worse wait times for the DMV which is arrogant women with 5 inch nails doing absolutely nothing) I got called into the booth. Apparently I had a copy of the birth certificate but the lady said she would make everything work. Very collected and straight forward. After it was done the lady said they would only contact me if something was wrong and I got everything together. She even helped me with two parts of the application I had done wrong.
