  I made my appointment online and on the day I was called within some 15 min. Service was fast and friendly. I wa scared with the negative reviews but my experience was 100% pleasant.

  They need to inform people weather they need appointments or not when they are just picking up passports/ cards. I was treated as though I was trying to cut in front everyone and was told so loudly and was ignored once she told me so..I was just trying to let her know that I was not aware of that and that people should be told that so when they travel 2 hours to get here they don't have to wait for hours on end. I would had made my appt ahead of time and I wouldn't have to go through this humiliation if they had done their job right the first time...

  Atendimento ao cliente é péssimo. Sempre muito má atitude respondem ao cliente por uma pergunta. Esperei uma hora sem ninguém vir falar comigo esperei 2 horas para ser atendido

  In my experience, nice and professional people,the staff are very polite and try to help to everyone,in my case the documents was faster and on time , thank you so much for your attention and attitude! 👍

  Customer service is terrible, To top it all there is no one you can go and ask a question. It’s all via online appointments What about the elderly they have to go buy someone, to make an appointment for them. That’s a shame. For an office that get days off for holidays in Portugal and also the holidays in the states. I understand that as customer service you put up with a lot of bad people, but their are also some of us good Besides it’s a service you get paid for
