  Do not do business with these guys, they will take your money and cost you a lot in time. We hired Blake and his crew for a fix and flip project in Denver. He said he has done hundreds of similar remodels and this project would be quick and easy. It was pulling teeth to keep them on the project and they wanted to change our initial work scope agreement so they could could get more frequent paycheck. We don’t pay for any work that hasn’t been completed so they stopped working on the job and took other work since we wouldn’t pay them on their schedule. Blake told us over and over the project would be complete within a week or so, only to find out their progress was slow with no completion date in sight. Our agreed upon completion date came and went and Blake didn’t seem to care or put in the extra time to get the job done. In the end, after being weeks late and still not having a completed project I had to fire them. It took 3 guys three weeks to clean up there mess and finish the job. It cost me way more in time and money after I had to fire Blake and get a new company to finish the job, I never should have hired them in the first place. On top of all of that that they cut our new plumbing. When I asked them about it they never responded. If you want to be lied to, frustrated and overpay for sub par quality work that is completed weeks late, I would then recommend this company.
