  We would like to thank Mr. Constantine on his predjudice outlook of those with limited mobility that are retired and with physical disability, physically injured. It is Peters contention that a person with these disabilities should not be at their dwelling daily and feels you have no day long right to dwell in your dwelling with your rent fully paid, Mr. Constantine better think about all those of all religions male or female, rich or poor that remain at their dwelling for various reasons, those are Jewish, Muslim, Catholic religous people. Stating that a complaint without merit is valid in this mans mind, and asserts insult to your plight. This is who the Bar Association refers. This was in a 20 min phone communication, It would have been a total waste of my precious time had I made an appointment to visit. Mr. Constantine only performs phone interviews, not in person interview to better exp. your physical expression. This attorney at law is "not" empathic. Left me certainly tainted.
