  If you are a female and need to do laundry late at night, be prepared for the one male staff member to be beyond rude to you and curse you out. My poor roommate had a dead phone and came straight from work and didn't want to not have a her phone charged incase there was an emergency. She was the only person in the whole place.This guy had the nerve to not only refuse to let her charge her phone for 5 minutes but then he cursed her out and told her she was losing him business. I'm here now with her because i'm scared for her safety and the fact that she cried in front of the guy and he continues the same behavior and turned off the heat in the whole place. I've been going to this laundromat for over 3 years and now I will never go back on principle. Lose business? Yeah, you just lost me as a customer.

  The African woman who runs the place is rude and downright awful. I don't know if it's cultural or what, but she zero understanding of customer service. They seem to "cow tow" to the newer White customers, while treating the others with zero respect! I will not go here again. They also overpriced as well! If I could give them a lesser star, I would!

  I love it here. I am a regular and go every 2 weeks or so. The staff is very helpful, and I get my fill of celebrity gossip from the TVs while my clothes get clean... haha The washing machines are pricy, but I don't mind because my clothes always come out smelling great. The dryers aren't bad. You just have to know how long to keep them on... at least an hour on medium, if you've got a large amount of items.
