  Terrible staff. Everyone that works there seems to NOT know what they are doing or what is going on. Maybe one person knows their job. Two if i am lucky. Bus drivers change constantly which means the pick up and/or drop off time changes as well and therefore there is no notification to the parents as to time changes. I am currently on hold right now and it’s someone I’ve never spoken to before and he’s figuring out the location of the bus, what the stop is, what school the bus is coming from and the location of the school. After 20 mins of being on the phone, the employer tells me that he can’t find the route number in their source nor can they find the stops. I called back and a female picks up the phone, mumbling so I tell her my route and stop ask they usually ask. She puts me on hold and then takes me off hold to tell me I have the wrong route number. It is Feb 12, 2018 and apparently I had the wrong route number since September. Yet the route number worked when I have called before in the past few months. This is a TERRIBLE bus company along with TERRIBLE staff members. If I was able to give ZERO stars, I would. Thanks for nothing.

  You guys are extremely unprofessional on the phone! On hold for 20 mins and hung up on! Don't pick my my child!! I'm always late for work!! I hate this bus company!!!!!!!!

  Unprofessional staff answering the phones. They sound like they are speaking to one of their friends and not parents of children they are entrusted to transport.

  I have concerns about the safety of the children and he public; who Consolidated puts behind the wheel of their buses needs to be addressed. At 8:35 am on 11/19/2015 I watched in horror as bus number 23489 sped up Willis Avenue in the Bronx, proceeded to turn the corner at 146 street and almost hit two children crossing the street in a school zone. The driver sped eastbound on a street where the speed limit is 15mph doing at least 25-30mph. And phone calls to the safety department went to voice mail. What exactly is the safety department there for? To assure the safety of the public by monitoring the behavior and actions of the bus drivers that they put on the road.
