::Beautiful hotel, with fantastic style and decor. The bed is soft and comfy, there is tons of closet space, and the shower is super spacious. We stayed in a deluxe with a king bed, and it was very roomy for NYC. The staff are super attentive. I had some items delivered to the hotel and it was waiting for me in the room. They also filled the ice bucket with ice, and had dog bowls and a dog bed waiting for my furry babies. I've stayed in many hotels in NYC, and this one is the best by far. Two negatives: there were some stains on the carpet, and the hotel is in lower Manhattan, which is kind of far from everything, but who cares--everything is a quick train or cab ride away.

::The rooms were VERY nice. Very comfortable beds, couch, and chairs. Even the floor was comfortable. The customer service experience was also pleasant and professional. The biggest complaint is the lack of refrigeration space, but that is pretty minor. Also includes other nice accouterments such as super soft robes, extra pillow/blanket, even umbrellas.

::The staff have all been great. The rooms are clean, though slightly dated. We asked for a pack and play for our toddler and it came with a tiny traveler pack of soap and lotion for babies, as well as a small stuffed animal. Very nice touch I haven't seen anywhere else. Good location. Would definitely stay here again.

::Spectacular hotel as I was there for a conference, located in a great area. Interior of the hotel is beautiful and very modern and the service is great. Definitely a place to visit if you like the lower Manhattan area and being near the Hudson.

::It is a great location but not the best Conrad i have stayed in. The few people that I interacted with were friendly. Doormen were welcoming. Bellmen went the extra mile to ensure you are happy with your stay. they saw me for a few days and they made me feel like home. Room service was fine. However, the restaurant at lobby level was not properly managed. I was sat at a table that was not cleaned but set. I had lunch with my Infant son but they did not take away the extra setting, which I find it strange. One thing i found frustrating was that there was no changing table in the bathroom on lobby level - I had to use their little side table/drawers to change my son.
