Great hotel in brickell location. Rooms are roomy and pool is a great size. Only issue is the lift situation, numerous lifts to get to places!

Beautiful views of Brickell and Brickell bay from the hotel. Very clean and the staff makes you feel very welcomed the moment you walk through the door.

Really warm welcome up on the 25th floor. A nice glass of fizz on arrival made a great touch too. The rooms are all great sizes, bed super comfy, there's even a pillow menu. There's a nice bar with an outside terrace worth a try, although the service out there was quite slow (didn't ruin the amazing view and nice wine though). The pool is over on the other side of the building, which also includes a tennis court, it's very private and a decent size.

The pool setup was a little annoying and closed VERY early (7:30pm). Pool bar didn't open in the morning at 11am like posted. Most rooms don't have balconies, which fir the price is a little disappointing. Service was great and the beds super comfy. Spacious room, but a small TV. Enjoyed dinner out on the balcony at the restaurant. Got another star for the complientry champagne on check in.

I had higher hopes. Rooms were fine, what you'd expect from a Conrad. Location is great for business travelers. Customer service could use some work. Most noticeable with the servers in the lobby restaurant. I'll do a separate review about it but, if you don't make it to that review, just avoid the place for breakfast. Not sure what was worse, the service or the food.
