  This outfit is a joke. First $150 to deliver a couch 10 miles from the store. So go to pick it up. Have to drive 25 miles out east to the warehouse. Then we have to sit and wait 30 minutes to get the couch. Why so long? There’s no one here.

  Kinda of annoying that you have to drive to a warehouse to pick up something you bought. But the people there were friendly and helped load the items.
