  Chad, my salesman was AMAZING! BUT, the manager...How shall I begin, I'm currently on hold with customer service after this manager Jermaine or Tremaine, wouldn't give me information, hung up on me, the customer. AFTER I recieved the wrong furniture. What kind of manager hangs up on a customer??? Where does this happen in service. Unfortunately, here. Great job Chad but I hope to never have to come here again, as I have multiple accounts here. Basic management skills needed.

  James B, the management team in Hurst and my entire experience was just awesome!! Completed the application online, within seconds I was approved and knew my amount. James called me within minutes to answer any questions I might have had. I told him what I was looking for, he did the paperwork, I met up with him and my deal was done. From start to finish great service and I'm one very satisfied customer. Strive for 5 a complete success!!

  We had a great experience shopping here for new furniture. Conn's had the best prices in the area on top grain leather living room furniture. The selection of bonded leather was nice as well, but for only a little more investment we chose a set with top grain. The sales associate working on the floor was very polite and we didn't feel any sales pressure. Our items were available quickly for delivery as well.
