  My wife and I would like to give a big thanks to Kim Lewis for the quality service that was given to us during our purchase of our new 65in T.V. , washer and awesome fridge She was awesome and patient with us during this process.. Thanks to the management team for helping us as well.. They have an amazing team and will answer any questions you may have and the managers are very helpful as well....   From the time I walked into the store until I left the customer service was awesome. Audrey was my associate and she was extremely helpful. Even the manager came by and greeted me. To me working with the public doing customer service that says a lot about the team of employees there. Keep up the awesome work.

  First, these people are very polite and friendly. To me, that is a huge part of the customer service experience and these people have got it right! Now, if you're shopping at Conn's odd are that you have less than perfect credit. Just expect high interest and decide if you can afford it or not. My customer service rep www very transparent about the numbers and what all fees were included up front, as well as, the terms associated with the purchase. I see all of these bad reviews on YouTube about how how horrible it is to shop with Conn's. That's simply not true. You just have to accept that you are making an expensive purchase and decide if that's something you can live with. If not, just wait until you have a better credit score. However, I can tell you these people will work with you and try to get you the best deal possible and disclose every single policy, payment number, fee...etc. i don't think anyone who shops here with realistic expectations will be dissapointed.

  Customer service was great. Derrick, the salesman was the best. He listened to what we wanted and the price range we were seeking. He gave us suggestions to assist us in making choices. Very pleased with the products we purchased. Good customer service seals any deal!

  I went into Conn’s and it was the easiest process ever. Natasha and Kahfri (hope I’m spelling their names right) were awesome! Very friendly and extremely accommodating staff. They helped me stay on track with my credit rebuilding goals and went even further to offer me more options within Conn’s financing that assisted in rebuilding credit. They were very informative with everything they wanted to offer me and explained the benefits as well as downsides of the choices. Overall my expectations have been exceeded! Thank you thank you thank you!!!
