::Allie was an amazing help to me. She not only had the answers to all my questions, but was willing to go that extra step when I had an issue with one of the store policies. She didn't just give up with the first denial, but continued up the chain of command/management until we got the answer I was looking for. I would follow her anywhere. Conn's should do everything in thier power to keep her around.

::This review is solely based on the sale. Rodney was AWESOME so ask for him! No pressure whatsoever. The staff that I interacted with were also super friendly. I asked the right questions about the numbers and read the paperwork so I was well informed and Rodney did a great job breaking the numbers down. I haven't seen the set I purchased anywhere else so I have nothing to compare the price to.

::When our dryer stopped working we were trying to decide where to go to get a good.I thought for a while, then I decided to go to Conn's. When our washer quit working some years back I went to Conn's and purchased a washer. So after leaving church we came to your store and got a dryer and a much needed microwave. Conn's is a wonderful place to shop. It will be the main place to go. The employees are easy to work with. The gentleman who care of us was wonderful to work with and very informative about everything in the store. If I need something else we will come back to Conn's.
