I Moved out less than a month ago - My little service dog Sophie and I really enjoyed living here. The property management team Lucy and Bianca were always very kind and understanding. Maintenance was always quick to resolve any concerns or repairs. The team at Connect On Union constantly had tenant appreciation days- Ice cream socials, raffles and give a ways etc. I truly believe this apartment complex cared about the community. The neighbors were all very kind and loved to look out for each other, its definitely family friendly. If it wasn't for a career change, I would still be living there. -Tira

Disgusting, me and my mom lived here for more than 4 years before we finally left early 2017. This was when the management was taken over by some foreign company who tried to crank up all aspects of pricing because of a crappy paint job and wood floors on the inside (WHICH MAKE A LOT OF NOISE FYI). Out rent went steadily up from about 700$ a month for a two room place to nearly 900$ once our last 12 month lease was up...this, in addition to the dingy, poor job with the ONE maintenance man who never came around was only 65% of the reason we moved. We lived in appartment 2**(close tot he front) and a family of 9 moved into an upstairs unit right next door to ours *my room*... Constantly talking yelling jumping and smoking out on the stairs at 2 am in the morning... They also had a Chihuahua they weren't supposed to have but hid Everytime management let them know they were coming to search them. Absolutely horrible people, I felt worse for the downstairs neighbors, they also smoked inside and smoke would get into my room even with he windows and vents closed. If you're down for a cheap, nasty living space with crappy neighbors for A RIDICULOUS price, move in!! Everyone else, STAY AWAY!

Lived at this place for a year management sucked and the apartments have lots of problems. Happy to see this place in my rear view mirror since that's the best way to view it. Parking is a nightmare so don't expect to have a place to park at nights. Most vehicles are unregistered and stored on lot.

The apartment smelled horrible. The toilet, freezer, dishwasher, shower fan all broke within the first month. There were cockroaches everywhere. Mold in the carpets that caused the smell. Stole my security deposit even when they stated nothing was wrong with the apartment when i moved out. Got many notices about pedophiles moving into the area. Dangerous neighborhood beware!

Bait and switch! The office posted that they have units for $765 a month for a $599 move in special. My friend toured the unit twice on separate occasions, and went in with her cosigner today to take advantage of this deal, and was told they had rented the apartment from under her just one hour before. Apparently the manager was giddy grabbing keys getting ready to take her on a tour of a second, more expensive unit. No fee to hold the apartment was ever discussed with her, and when she checked Craigslist, the ad was still up. She attempted to call back 3 times in a 40 minute period, and the line was busy every time. We suspect that it's almost closing time and the manager just doesn't want to be bothered. My friend was also told that the late fee for rent is $76 and $10 each additional day it's late, which is extremely high. This kind of money gouging makes me thinks if you are actually lucky enough to snag their fictional Craigslist special, they will just jack your rent up to the $945 listed on their website as soon as your lease is up. Also, $60-70 a month for water a month when the units don't even have a washing machine? Don't waste your time here.
