::Waitress was very knowledgeable. Kombucha super yummy. Alters are beautiful. Vegetarian friendly. If you're going for food this place is not cheap by any means and probably not somewhere to get full. This someone to have a lovely experience or to drink Kombucha but not to grab lunch in personal opinion. Really enjoyed it though.

::I've had kombucha in over 10 states and two different countries. Nothing Compares to the kombucha that Will makes here at Confluence. Add that to the delicious food and you have a must-see spot in St Louis.

::Gut health one-o-one. This restaurant is not just superficial hipster-veneer. The food was excellent. The Kombucha was layered and fascinating. The staff are friendly and genuinely care about what they are doing - Creating a restaurant that is based not on transitory diet fads, but on food fermentation and preparation methods that have been used for thousands of years. It hits the taste/service/health checkmarks. We highly recommend!

::Probably one of the most unique dining experiences I’ve had in quite some time. I home brew kombucha, so it was great to taste some new combinations and you can tell a lot of love goes into both their brewing and their cuisine. Our food was incredible and well thought out, I was a bit nervous to try new dishes I’ve never heard of, but it was so worth it! They clearly seek to not only feed you, but nourish your body with wholesome food.

::The place is so good I ate there twice in one weekend. I ate lunch on a bike ride, and it was so good brought my wife and sister back for dinner. The menu looked foreign to them and they gave me that, what in the ### have you gotten us into. Melanie (the server guide), put them at ease, and helped them navigate the options. At the end of the evening they were raving, and understood why I took them both back. The menu is healthy and imaginative. The service is personal and top rate. You must be prepared to go on a healthy food journey.
