::RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’m here to leave an honest rating because I’m convinced the ratings on here are false and fraudulent after my experience. The scheduled “doctor” was a no show for my appointment,THAT WAS CONFIRMED. There was not one notice of cancellation, and when I was finally able to speak to someone I was hung up on twice!! It’s unfortunate you try to support a Black Owned Business and the service is terrible, distasteful and unpleasant. 0/10 do not recommend.

::If I could give Concept Wellness Center NO STARTS I WOULD. I arrived for my 9:00 appointment today, and there was no one there. They didn't even have the decency to call!!! I used my leave for this appointment! 2 hrs later they still are not answering the phone. The WORST that I have ever seen!!!!!! Even the office staff is unprofessional all over the place UGH!

::This was my first time at an urgent care in DC. It was an awesome experience. When I say the NP and all the other employees of Concept Women Medical Center were very attentive and detailed and made me feel that I was in safe hands, then you can believe they are the best. They were very efficient.I did not have to wait for long before I was seen. It felt really good to be treated with professionalism and care.
