::Concentra is generally great, but this location at 400 E Quincy St, San Antonio, TX 78215 is the worst Concentra location to visit. When I arrived for a final checkup appointment regarding my workplace injury, they told me that they had no doctors in the building at all, and they needed me to see a doctor to process the insurance! Apparently real doctors with real M.D.s are rare on certain days of the week. But wait - I wasn't a walk-in client. I didn't choose that date. We made an *appointment*. They must not understand what appointments are! I had to reschedule or rush to the better Concentra location on the Pan Am Expressway (I-35) several miles away during rush-hour. I took a taxi cab to make it. Horrible!

::The majority of the staff was helpful. But if you just visited the establishment and completed a application on your health history you shouldn't have to complete another one a couple of months later. That step can be very exhausting. Shouldn't they have placed the person's info into the clinic's system for at least six months?

::This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the efficiency of the place. The staff was very professional and compassionate. They tend to you quickly. The clinic is clean and comfortable.

::Went in to get stitches for my boyfriend after he cut a finger open. Doctor saw us and everything seemed to be going really well, he told us he'd used absorbing stitches and not to worry about coming back. Saw that they suggested coming back in the paperwork and asked again on the way out to be sure, told not to worry about it. About a month later I call back to ask why his stitches hadn't absorbed yet. They say we both misunderstood and heard completely wrong and they "just don't know what was said", that in fact they weren't absorbing stitches at all and that we should have come back as said in the paperwork even though I asked and was told not to because they were supposedly absorbing stitches. I'm certain the doctor told us they were absorbing stitches because I remember asking if and when we needed to return to have them removed and he told us not to worry about coming back because he was using absorbing stitches and to wait specifically 12-14 days before they would begin to fall out. Also completely FALSIFIED his paperwork. Listed completely fake height, weight, and temperature (they didn't measure any of these and didn't list what he verbally told them for height or weight), AND put him down as never having smoked and having surgical history, both of which were completely untrue. We filled out paperwork listing his lack of surgical history and his recent smoking history when we arrived, they didn't even bother to enter that in correctly, but supposedly we should have disregarded what the doctor and check out person said for what the blatantly wrong paperwork listed. After telling them all this they just keep going "oh but we just don't know what was really said, it says in the paperwork to come back so you should have" and that we could be charged if we come in to get the stitches removed, which again, we were told TWICE not to by their medical personnel we thought we could trust. Will not EVER be revisiting this location and would strongly recommend finding someplace else to handle your emergencies, the absolute negligence is ridiculous.

::Very friendly staff. Was told a 2-2.5 hour wait time. Was seen and taken care of before it had even been 2 hours. They were very thorough and efficient. I didn't feel like they were just trying to get me out as quick as possible. All my needs were satisfied. Would highly recommend this place!
