  Hands down the best Concentra I've been to in the country. And ive been to a lot. DOT physical was a breeze. Friendly staff, clean facility, and fast. The doctor wasted no time getting into my exam room, and had me finished up in minutes. Thank you folks for making this experience relaxed and pain free.

  Not a good 1 st experience at the 3100 Market st, st louis, Mo location. I was told my company did not have an acct set up I told them to set up acct and since I had an appt in the areaThursday morning I would return to do drug test after my appt The next day was told they did not set up the acct and it would take a bit to set it up. After a while Tanisha called me back for the drug test I asked if I had to take a hair follicle test she said no i found out from the employer I was to have a hair follicle test. I am Not satisfied with the service rendered at the However, I went Wednesday to concentrate at the Hazelwood mo location to have hair follicle test the staff was professional, informative service with a smile the intake worker was very apologetic about my experience at the other location. The hazelwood mo location I would attend and recommend.

  Long line of people to wait behind but as soon as I was called the process was fast. The staff is friendly and polite and will treat you with respect.

  Now when i walked in to the lobby the they was really polite and nice. But once you get to the back the girl was really unfriendly. But other then that my visit was great

  They don't care about your time, and they don't know how to manage efficient operations. I had to wait 2 hours to to do a follow up that takes literally 3-5 min. They originally told me only two people were ahead of me, went back after waiting two hours and was told there were still two people ahead of me! Finally after making an issue about it they got me back!
