  I would give negative 0 stars if I could. I went into concentra and waited an insanely long, almost 4 hours for a d.o.t physical that took 2 minutes to complete. One of those hours was waiting for a room when they had several rooms available. They gave me paperwork to fill out that they could have given me upon arrival and for some reason didn't. I don’t know why it is called “urgent care” when there is nothing urgent about the operations here.

  I went to Comcentra for a physical for my job. The wait to see the doctor was very reasonable not long at all. The entire staff was polite, courteous, and professional. Would recommend this location to family and friends. Thanks for the great service!

  The staff at checking were friendly, the nurse who took my vital signs was nice. But when the Dr. came in the room to examin me it was for only 10 seconds. She barely looked at my arm and ordered a shot and a prescription for what I had. No patient education on treatment or what I should expect. I was then sent to lobby waiting for discharge. I then asked to re examined, and the Dr. said “sorry when I came back to the room you were gone and wasn’t supposed to be discharged.” She then examined my arm and answered questions that I had then. I will never return to this clinic again G. Warner

  I came in about 12:30 there were four nurse two were really rude as in not smiling and acting like everyone knows the procedure to be seen, I was told I would have a hour and a half wait at 12:38 so I walk out to tell my ride to leave and come back then made a phone call to the job. I was back in by 12:50 I then waited in waiting room until 2:30 notice the people I came with were all gone so I asked had they called my name, she said yes a long time ago i said I been sitting rt here...she said we called your cell and left a m witch was a lie...... I had another appointment so I came back and the lade that did the test was really nice and professional so it was mixed.

  The front desk staff is friendly, helpful and kind. I was taken back quickly and the tests I needed were performed with accuracy and speed. The medical assistant was sweet and gentle. She was friendly and walked me through each instruction of what was required of me. I had to have a TB test performed which requires a needle and I am terribly afraid of needles. But she performed the test very well, I didn't even feel the stick! I am extremely thankful for her and the staff at Concentra!! Thank you!
