  Great people and always professional. I have never had a problem weather its my yearly physical or a work accident. Fast and easy and always leave better than when i got there. Thank you for the great work you do on a daily basis and for always treating me like a patient and not just a number.

  The Dr's actually take time to listen to what you have to say about what's going on with your problems and how you would like to proceed in taking care of it to get is resolved. And the therapists are awesome very helpful also .

  I recently had to leave work because I wasn’t feeling well. Concentra was located 4 minutes away from work and took walk in urgent care patients. The service was 5 star service however, I was not taken back to the exam room for almost 2 hours after checking in which is the only reason I gave 4 stars. The clinic was not very busy when I arrived at 9:30 am. I did not get back to work until 11:45 am. Once I finally was taken back, the medical assistant took my vitals and updated my medical history. Shortly after she left, the PA came in to examine me. He was very knowledgeable, treated my condition, and gave good follow up instructions. 5 days later I received a call from the nurse to give me lab results which confirmed that the antibiotic prescribed was a good match for me. She checked to see if my condition had improved and said to come back if I encountered any more issues. I have never been somewhere where they cared enough to follow up with the patient. This stood out to me and displayed the great care they provide!

  I went to the location in Pittsburgh, on the South Side. The receptionist was so friendly and super organized. The medical assistant was just as friendly, professional and gave me all the information, got my form signed and I was on my way. All in less than 30 minutes . I would definitely recommend this location!

  Concentra Urgent Care is fabulous. They worked effectively and efficiently to find a diagnosis . They understood what the problem was very quickly and explained my situation in depth. Their PT department is very efficient as well. They are aggressively treating my injury and, though I still have some healing time, they have made much of the symptoms diminish and alleviate in just a few days and without using drugs for pain! Great work everyone! Thank you so much! M
