Went in with huge abdominal pain on Saturday morning. After talking, MD suggested to do a CT scan for possible apendix. Left with a bill, huge pain, and "sorry we cannot help you". Called on Monday to follow and on Tuesday. Same msg - I will have doc call you. Now it's Wednesday and I am still waiting for a doc to send a referral so I can do the imaging. Still with a pain.

Stopped by here to get a quick TB test for my job. The staff were honest about the wait time and so friendly. The place was clean and I was in and out in less than an hour.

We were there for my husband’s severe back spasms. We waited for 3 hours to be seen. Then the doctor told us “they do not give shots” so it was a total waste of our time. Shots are what have worked for him in the past. We left with an Rx for muscle relaxant. No pain prescription was provided other than what turned out to be a$150 pain patch (not covered) that was equivalent to over the counter heat patch we bought for $9.We will not go back there.

Concentra, i don't doubt that they are good company with only a hand full of good employees. Your staff that check people in and do all the grunt work are great. Your high mighty socalled doctors. They aren't so great at your chambers and i-70 location. The wait time they lie to you about a 2hr total process for a DOT physical and then they disqualify your DOT card and do not give you another card to allow you to try to correct what they disqualified you for. I don't plan to ever set foot in that location ever again. The 2hr process turn into a 4hr wait and disqualification of my DOT physical. I plan to go some where else before my driver license get suspended. My driver license cost me over $5000.00 because i went to truck driving school to get it.

The staff here was exceptionally friendly. I felt very comfortable and welcomed throughout my visit. However, I am giving them three stars because I had an "appointment" at 1pm and wasn't seen until 2:30 pm. I left the clinic around 3:15pm. So it took 2hrs 15mim for a very basic physical. But both women who saw me were very kind and professional!
