  Shawn the tech was awesome. His arrival wasn't exact but that was to be expected. My area can be brutal with traffic. He was knowledgeable about his crafts and competed the job in a timely manner.

  I had a wonderful experience with this company. they arrived on time at my home Installed an new windshield on 40 minutes. Cleaned up after giving me instructions for the first 2 days for having a new windshield.

  I have fixed my windshield here. They took 2 hours to replace the windshield. The owner is kind of rude to the customers. The only reason I went here is because a local friend recommended the place. Hopefully they have done a good job and I won't have to go back. I really didnt like the attitude / customer service there.

  They came the next day after being called and were gone in a flash. Probably because they didn't fully seal the windshield and withing a week, I had water seeping in. After removing that windshield and replacing it, my inspection sticker now reads "VOID". Great! When called, their rep told me to , "just call the DMV and they will send you a new one for only $2." That's fine but I won't be able to park my car outside my driveway until that new sticker comes in the mail. I can't help but wonder if they weren't gone in 15 minutes the first time if they would've had to come back and what am I going to do without my car for a week or 2. I am not happy and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
