  Commuter Cleaners is top notch. Not only is their product high quality & consistent every time, their customer service should be the model for all companies. Every time we pull up to drop off and pick up, they know we have our baby in the car, so they come out to us, saving us the trouble of parking, hauling baby and clothes into the store. Not only that, they are the only dry cleaner I've had who puts new collar stays in my shirts every time! The service and attention to detail is why we will remain loyal customers!

  What an incredible service. My father told me I needed to grow up and dry clean my clothes like an adult a few months ago when I graduated from college and to be honest I was a bit nervous. I didn't know if this would easy to handle... but BOY WAS I WRONG. I have had the pleasure of speaking to both owners, Paul and Patricia, on a few occasions and was blown away with how kind and patient they were with me. The customer service is really incredible and the service is professional and efficient as promised. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for all your dry cleaning needs!

  If you're in Stamford, CT, then this is a great place to get your clothes cleaned. I've used their "same day" service when I've been in a pinch - their delivery drivers are excellent and quality is top-notch. They also have home pickup and delivery service, which I can't use (unfortunately) as I live outside of the service area. But for same day dry cleaning in Stamford, you can't go wrong. The owner - Paul M - is a bit gruff on the exterior but inside he's a warm and bubbly 'teddy bear.' I've teased him that he should really consider a career in customer service because he is incredibly personable warm, and friendly, and always greets me and every customer with a bubbly smile. He really knows how to dress, and loves clothes himself. The guy has a passion to make Commuter Cleaners the #1 dry cleaner in Stamford!

  One star is generous I would give zero stars I dropped off the dress that I purchased that I absolutely love. The only problem is the zipper in the back and gets jammed. This dress was for my birthday. My birthday is a few days away I went to pick my dress up . They charged me and everything and did not fix my zipper. I'm highly disappointed . The guy who I presume is the owner said aww that's OK just refund her money . Very dismissive. No remorse for the horrible service I'm so angry right now I can spit fire. Now the right thing to have done. Is to call me they had my dress for over a week. I would never recommend this place to anyone

  I only gave 1 star because there was nothing lower!! The rudest people in the cleaning business!! Anywhere is better than this place!! They always lose your clothes and have the nerve to be rude to their customers!!
