  This place is terrible. I was seen by Dr Gish and have no problem with him, but he ordered an MRI and it still hasn't been scheduled a month later and have had over 20 calls unanswered with several voicemails and no call back.

  Hi I am currently a patient here (to my knowledge) I had an appointment today at 2:30 p.m. my wife called and ask them if they could call in my prescriptions because of the fact myself, my child and my wife is suffering with a stomach virus, all I wanted to know was if they could call my prescriptions in for me and if they could not I was going to just come on to my appointment today. This lady did not answer my question and took it upon herself to cancel my appointment for the day and no one ask her to do so and so she gets back on the phone and says she does not know if they can call in or electronically send over his prescriptions and so I informed her that I would come on up to my appointment and she informs me that I can't that she has already cancelled my appt. And I told her that I did not ask her to cancel my appointment and well she gets mad and switches the call to someone else and this other lady gets on the phone so I explain to her what I had ask the other girl and that I in fact did not ask her to cancel my appointment so this lady says well there's nothing we can do she was under the impression that you wanted to cancel your appointment and I told her that I had not told her to do this that she had taken into her own hands to do so and now this lady gets very rude with me stating rude comments and informs me that after she gets done talking with the office manager that I would not be a patient there any longer!!!! This has downright disturbed me and has disheartened me. I thought maybe they thought they would get in trouble over cancelling the appointment and would make up some big story on me to try and save their jobs but this is very unproffesional! This is not like any other Dr's office I've ever spoken to or been too.

  Worst customer service ever. They do not communicate with each other no one knows what the other has done or is doing. They won’t answer there phones. They have a answering service in Louisville Ky. Who says they will send them a E-Mail then they still won’t return your calls. Hard to make appts. With just ridiculous.

  A great place full of professionals that care about their job. And also take great care of their patients. Always answer the phones. And also have the best Physician Assistant I’ve ever dealt with. Mr. Moore. Is a great man that takes his time to talk and explain any concerns. That you may have. And is very knowledgeable in this field. Just a very professional Pain Management.

  Ridiculous service. Won't answer the phone. No communication whatsoever. Ordered an MRI for me. Then don't send orders to diagnostic center. I traveled 45 mins for the procedure only to wait forever for them to call in order. Receptionist extremely short with me actually cutting me off in mid conversation without me even raising my voice. Was just explaining the situation and trying to get something done. Another time I left messages to get a call back.... After a week I stopped by the office in order to talk to someone. Pathetic service.
