  I've had accounts at CCU for over five years, and most of the simple things, like direct deposits and account to account transfers are easy to do with online banking. Their Saturday hours are also quite convenient. However, I recently applied for a car loan through them and was given bad information that wasted my time and caused my mom to have a hard credit pull for absolutely nothing. They failed to make their stringent rules for car loans clear from the beginning, and when I challenged their decision, I ended up on the phone with a supervisor, to my surprise. This single experience was so bad, that I will be closing my accounts as soon as possible and going elsewhere with my money.

  This credit union branch had improved greatly. Originally, the tellers were shut off from customers not only through the drive thru, but also away from customers inside, behind an enclosure. Now the tellers are visible inside. It is a much better experience.

  Always quick & friendly service. Near main road for easy access. Have tellers & ATM for fast transactions. plus banking advisors for the more complex stuff. After almost a dozen years with Chase they wouldn't help me with a small truck loan; my fiancee was a member and they took me under the wing early so I could close the deal.
