Very nice setup. The crowd is a bit "uppity" if you will but it is downtown Chicago. Nonetheless, the staff are fairly friendly for the most part. But it seemsbif you're not dressed for the part you don't get much attention. My stay here was completely unplanned so I had nothing but a pair of Jean's and a hoodie. Seemed being dressed like that gets me little to no attention from the bar staff. But still, the other people working were great to deal with. Food was prepped well and tasted great.

All I can say is that the Dirty Bombay Sapphire after work hit the spot after a stressful day!! Enter the main lobby, got up the stairs and then go to the right. The bar is extremely open and the bar tender was attentive. Drinks were strong but balanced. Well done, chaps!

Love love love this place!! Come here every time I'm in Chicago. My waitress, Flavia, was the absolute best. Super knowledgeable about the menu and helpful. The vibe here is really chill and good for that in between casual and dressy atmosphere. The food was awesome, the drinks super tasty, and the people nice. Highly recommend!

This bar is a fantastic place to take clients. The ambiance is sophisticated, while still trendy. They have a wide variety of craft cocktails, while still having the coziness of a neighborhood bar. I highly recommend their charcuterie boards for a large group, as there's enough variety to please everyone. If you're bringing a group of a dozen or more, The Shag Room is a semi-private space for people to hang out as get to know each other (also, the ceiling casually changes colors.) All in all, this is one of my new favorite hotel bars!
