  Clean room, staff was polite and hospitable, security could have taken a more social conscious approach in his dealings with the hotel customers. The rent-a-cop attitude prevails at this location, making me somewhat reluctant stay. I felt as if I had done something wrong as this security person made it a point to observe me and my longtime partner for an uncomfortable period of time as I readied myself for the highway. As I was departing the parking space the security person edged ever so close to my vehicle and closely followed me to the edge of the parking lot. An image of the Gestapo displayed itself in my mind. I was preparing myself for this individual to appear at my door with a stun gun / baton asking me to exit my vehicle, a barking German shepherd, gnashing its teeth with bloodlust. I do not know why I felt so violated. I tried to paint the situation in the best possible light. Unfortunately I felt that to be a disaster waiting to happen. The image of this security person shining his badge on the sleeve of his shirt, waiting impatiently for the next one that he deems a danger. Be so ridiculous but I imagine him sitting there in that parking lot sipping his coffee and sharpening his blades. I will not be going back to the Comfort Suites Arlington.

  My wife killed 2 roaches in the first night there. I had to wash the hair down the shower drain from the past guest since house keeping did not clean the tub. In inadequate lighting. The light bulbs could be a high wattage so you can see in the room. The rest of the facility looked nice and the staff at the front desk were nice.

  We were at another hotel before we came over here and it was a night and day difference. Everything about our stay was great. I didn’t catch the name of sweet lady who helped us at check in but she was just amazing. Rooms were great, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast had many options. We will stay again if we are in the area.

  Good front desk staff, good rooms, good breakfast. Only problem was the very weird housekeeping, they would knock very quietly then open the door in the same second of knocking… this happened probably 3 times. I was so creeped out when I opened my eyes and saw one of the housekeepers peeping through my door. I reported them to front desk and they took care of it.

  Came to town for a concert. This hotel is only a few miles away from the AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field, right off the interstate. The rooms and overall hotel do feel a little outdated, but it was very clean. Beds were nice and comfortable. Fair price for the room. We'd probably stay here again if we ever come back to the area.
