  Not the best experience. Front desk staff was not very professional and helpful. When we checked in they were flustered and distracted, plus a woman was standing there and told me that she was given a room, but when she went in to it someone was already in it. Then, when my husband checked out he had trouble getting the gal to come help him. He told her about the bathroom door that didn't work, but he said she didn't seem to care. The first room we got reeked of cigarette smoke and one of the key cards didn't work. The door on the bathroom didn't close. My husband went down for breakfast on the second day and the coffee was cold, plus the orange juice was out. We ate breakfast out those last two days of our stay. We were disappointed because the location was great, rice not bad and we were hoping for a better experience.

  The bathroom in our room has been very poorly maintained. Ugly poorly applied caulk around the toilet and tub, a constant fast drip in the tub, a loose door knob, sloppy paint around the door, a crack in the sink, a poor fitting tub spout etc. Much of this would be easy to do right if the maintenance person cared and was reasonably capable. I want to stress this is not about housekeeping which was fine. This is poor maintenance. Otherwise the room is a nice size and layout, the breakfast is good and the location is convenient. We would like to stay here again but it appears the property is being allowed to decline.

  I reserved a room and got there to find that they had overbooked. The front desk staff were nice but acted like it was no big deal. They put me in a room with only one bed instead of the two. I listened to very loud music from the floor above me till early morning hours. I called and complained and nothing was done to correct this. Over all it was a bad experience and I would not recommend staying here. The only reason I gave a two was because the front desk clerk was nice when trying to find a solution.

  Nice location very near highway access. Rooms clean and well maintained. Staff has been helpful. Breakfast selections are pretty decent and are kept available by staff. Happy with our stay!

  My stay here at Comforr Suites was horrible! The only good thing about this hotel is it’s a place to sleep. Our beds were hard. The fridge didn’t shut all the way and I have a son who needs heart medicine which has to be refrigerated. The beds were super hard, the pool was so cold lips were purple. The electric outlets wouldn’t work unless you held your charger a certain way and if you plugged 2 chargers in at one time, your phones would start glitching. For 190 (which I was charged $40 extra for taxes), it is NOT worth it! The food was disgusting. I will not be staying here again.
