::Right next to Black Bear dinner and a pizza place. Perfect area to be at Staff supper friendly. The place is always amazingly clean. Rooms are actually cared for, supper clean and the house keepers don't knock on your door to say housing keeping at 9 in the morning like other places I've stayed at.

::Run far away. Came to surprise my mom, it was close. I checked in, the room was unacceptable. No mgr available as she was sitting in office. Couch had bodily fluids on it, the mattress had holes, and looked like somebody died on it. They changed rooms for us, looking at bank statements they double charged us, asked for ID to use luggage cart, treated customer like thieves. Never mentioned they double charged us. We went back to check out and not stay there, asked for refund while recording, girl started raising her voice, went in office where mgr was hiding and eating her door dash. They called the police and had us trespassed and no refund, we still haven't been checked out. Mgr refuses to respond. Bank now looking at it as fraud. Run far away!

::We originally booked 5 nights, but couldn't stay there that long. The fold out bed was not usable, the rooms are not really suites, more like a partial wall with no door separates the rooms, the hotel is very dated, they didn't clean our room, there were always people standing around outside, and in the lobby. It seemed like a smoking hangout for people day and night. I spoke to the manager about checking out early with 24 hours notice and it was no problem, she said my refund would be issued that night. Well over a month later, and they have refunded me $40 of the $250 they should have refunded me. The manager won't call me back, at times they don't even answer the phone. It has been a nightmare, there are much better hotels in the area for the price.

::What a great experience for the price. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. There is a seasonal pool, and secure parking under the building. What got me was the amazing breakfast! So many options, this was much more than a continental breakfast!

::Excellent spot to rest your weary selves. Searching for late night healthy meal in the lobby's snack store, the front desk staff person deftly handled 2 others before steering me to the price list. The chef(s) and servers of complimentary breakfast in the Hospitality Room garnered my happy thanks as well.
