  I came down for work on the weekend and I have to be up early. I complained to the staff that the party under my room was very loud and I couldn’t sleep. I was informed that it is only 8:30pm and their are no more rooms because the hotel is packed. The guy was very rude and unprofessional and I was not happy with my stay at this hotel

  I was stranded with a sick kid the weekend after Thanksgiving and this was a fantastic save. We were able to check in early, the rooms were clean and accommodating. The hotel was nice and quiet, which allowed my son to get plenty of sleep before we left the next morning. They even found a pair of boots I left behind and sent them to me right away. From someone who spent 5 years working in hotels, and 20 in restaurants, your customer service is top notch. Thank you again!

  Great friendly staff!! We arrived early, and they were able to check us in early. After a long crowded flight, it was great to walk into a very clean and comfortable room.

  Clean, simple, and convenient hotel with awesome customer service. All of the staff is pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Our room was very clean, quiet, comfortable, and maintained. The shower and bath combo had hot water with good temperature control. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean.

  I've stayed here before without any issues, but this last stay was very uncomfortable for me as the bathroom was invaded by ants. I am very squirmish around insects and found it very difficult to be comfortable. I reported the problem and maintenance came right away sprayed the bathroom with insecticide, but the ants slowly returned. Very disapointed.
