  Kind of disappointed to write this review but I used to really like staying at this hotel until my most recent visit. Hotel has went downhill as far as service and the rooms seem to be more dated as the phone was broken in my room, door latch and one of the lights which I reported to the manager along with my complaint about bugs. It kind of smelled like mildew in the room as well. They definitely have new staff that doesn’t seem to care or fix these issues which is why I am leaving 1 stars. The biggest plus is the free parking and free breakfast in the morning that my kids seem to enjoy along with the pool in the summer months. Hopefully they will do better in the future for their other guests

  Excellent customer service deserves to be recognized. The front desk personnel Is exceptional. We would like to thank Robert and Denise for getting our stay get off to a great start. When we booked through an 800 number something was miscommunicated and the room type was going to be a challenge. Unfortunately, we learned it is not easy to change reservation because we had received a special promo and the 800 booking customer service said nothing could be done because we missed the deadline to modify or change reservation. Thankfully, Robert saw our disappointment and did everything possible to help us remedy our circumstance. He provided us a solution and that made all the difference. Also, this hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable and inviting. Breakfast is excellent with a selection of variety. We found the Bar grill was delicious, too. The grill staff, especially, Nicole, was very attentive and accommodating. We will be back!

  Denise and Robert front end specialist are the best, I can't explain how important this weekend is for our family and that we are all traveling from all over. Robert and Denise went over and beyond to make my sister happy and we are now eating together at a table. Our check in was fun and the both of them are a pleasant sight after a long drive....thanks guys. Kid brother, married into family wife and Mom ...

  The room was amazing ,clean and I loved the comforter. The comforter was light weight but warm. The staff was friendly and kind . The breakfast was great, someone knows how to cook. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will for sure be returning.

  This hotel is NOT pet friendly!! I've stayed in other pet friendly hotels before and I've never had a pet policy where if there is any dog hair when you leave then you get fined. They also have a policy where if you get two noise complaints about your pet then you get kicked out of the hotel?? If you don't want pets then don't advertise it as such. Completely dissatisfied with Comfort Inn.
