  Check in was easy n painless. Deposit was returned promptly. Nice everything. Two weird things tho 1. The fridge and microwave were in the restroom. 2. The toilets need more water. Gets smelly and messy real quick without the water to cover up and catch your poop.

  Loved room it was gorgeous n comfortable best mattress bed in a motel stay ever in my life was like supportive but like sleeping on a cloud love them at comfort in clean quiet loved it completely only place I'll stay in Antioch CA you guys are fabulous !! Keep up great job I left before breakfast but next time I'm staying longer than a night great location and every food kind u may want gas or clothing all across street strip mall kinda lot if u want a reasonably priced room and a good relaxing stay they are it 5 stars and trust me I've stayed in a lot of hotel motels in area and they are the best period

  Our room was very dirty with a sticky floor, they didn't empty the coffee pot from the previous guests. There was no cleaning service for our three day stay, and one tiny trash can for the whole room. The fridge and microwave were INSIDE the bathroom, which just felt wrong, and the safe was broken. If you stay here, ask for a room away from the freeway, the walls are very thin!

  If only I knew that this hotel is better in service compare with HPI.. i rather stay here from the last visit in Antioch. There are more near establishment and food chains near the hotel. The room is superb clean, the staff are also friendly. The one thing we do not enjoy is everyone passing and talking loudly are easily heard inside the room. We check in early around 6:30am they allow us even we’re booked for 3pm check in. But also we check out early around 5pm. Breakfast served at 6am-9:30am. Spacious parking lot. Clean hotel 👍🏻

  Terrible experience. My room absolutely reaked heavily of marijuana. “Residents” (they appear to live here) can be seen seen blowing pot smoke out of the rooms all night long, yelling at each other, and carrying on. Definitely don’t bring your children here. I Informed the front desk of the disgusting condition of my room to avoid being charged for these damages, didn’t receive an apology or an attempt to make things right. Won’t be back.
