  We moved into a home where the previous owners used Comfort Experts along with a lot of our neighbors. When our heater started acting up, we called them. Scottie Baker came out and diagnosed it immediately and got it fixed. It was also cheaper than I expected. We signed up for their “Silver” plan. $15 a month it includes a lot of good things. Great tech and seems like a great company. Everyone I spoke with was great.

  I have used Comfort Experts for my HVAC service for many years. I find them to be punctual, courteous, and professional every time I use them. I recommend them to anyone that asks.

  Excellent Service Tech showed up on time even when it was a last minute appointment. He was honest about charges upfront and even told me what I didn't need to get done in order to avoid unnecessary charges.

  I will never use Comfort Experts. We were selling our house. The buyer picked Comfort Experts to check out certain things on the HVAC system. The buyer emailed Comfort Experts the list of items on the heating and air system to be checked. Since I was the owner Comfort Experts required me to call and make the appointment, which I did. Originally scheduled for around 5 PM, I received a call from Comfort stating a tech would be available around 9 AM and could he come then. I said "of course". Tech Thomas Riley came to my house. When he arrived I asked him if he had the list of things the buyer wanted inspected. He replied "Yes" and went about his business. About an hour and 1/2 later he presented his finding only on the air conditioning units. His written assessment was my upstairs three year old air conditioner was out of freon, the duct system was not sealed, my whole house needed insulation, among other findings. I used an online Comfort Expert coupon found by the buyer to pay him (he was not familiar with the coupon and had to call his office which told him to accept it if I printed it, which I did). Five days before this visit by Comfort Expert, the buyer's house inspector found my upstairs air conditioner functioning normally only needing a tweak or two. The day before the tech came I had guests staying upstairs and the air conditioner was functioning on all cylinders. After receiving the assessment from Comfort Experts and declining the offer to fix everything, I called the HVAC company that I had been using over the years. The tech did his own written assessment in which he noted the upstairs a/c unit was completely out of freon and the fitting on TXV had loosened itself and the female spade clip for the outdoor fan motor had fallen off the contactors. He wrote "in 25 years of service, I have never seen these [two] faults happen by themselves." My tech added nine pounds of freon to my system. Four days later my upstairs air conditioner is still functioning normally.
