::This office doesn't not even exist. This company is a scam. They stealing your money. I thought that Sephora is a good company to be trusted to, but they offered me a bank who stoled my money and when I was going to send them my bank statement to prove it, they said they don't even have fax number. This is insane. No office, no fax, just big fraud. Plz, do not open no credit cards with comenity capital bank. They will treak you and would treat you the way, you are the one who is crazy. I closed my account with them and they won't see my money any more

::Horrible, Horrible!!!! I have paid on time with no issues prior. The didn't get the Dec 9 check that was sent, due by Dec 27. We tried to pay by phone, and they charged an extra fee. We put a stop payment on this check. On Dec 28, it showed they got the check Dec 26th and the over the phone payment was pending and we were still over due. On Dex 29th, they refunded the check and charged a few.for that...and still didn't process the over the phone payment..called again and talked to the supervisor and they wouldn't do anything to waive the charges...and we had to pay again by phone! He was soooo nice to waive the phone fee.

::This company took over my AAA Visa Gas Rewards account, returned my payments and charged me a late fee. I called to inquire and the waived the account fee and sent a new card. They CSR advised me to make my next payment to the old account until my card arrived which i did, it was returned and they charged another late fee and advised they can only waive one fee per month. I have not and will not activate their card, i refuse to do business with unethical companies. Still fighting for my refund...........

::Beware of using or getting a credit card threw this company. I've tried calling over a dozen times within the past 2 weeks. Every time after waiting on hold for atleast 8minutes each time they pick up and you hear someone talking amongst there employees then hang up. Beware of this company
