  Very helpful service they were quick and attentive. Very helpful. Nice selection. Just a little pricey but not outrageous though.

  Great customer service, good selection on sale & full price. Nice vibe in the store. I was happy to see women's jackets that are both cute and functional that meet my needs.

  The staff helped me out answering my questions about the different winter jackets (I'm leaening to snowboard). My aunt had been looking for a good winter jacket and she finally found one in the extended sizes section. The staff was extremely nice and understanding with her.

  Great place to buy outerwear. Staff is really nice. Great selection of clothes, jackets, belts, hats, etc. Numerous specials and sales throughout the year. Store offers a 20% military discount. Terrific people.

  The products I bought would probably justify 5 stars, though the customer service makes me looking for an option to give them 6 instead. I'm not a great fan of retail shops and usually prefer to order everything online - whether it's groceries, furniture or sports equipment. However, the customer service at this location, not just the manager Mike, but pretty much everyone on the team, is absolutely outstanding. Rarely have I seen such great service, to the point where I'm actually changing my purchase behavior from online to offline. It's not only that the staff are super helpful, the location also has really good staffing levels so you don't have to wait around till someone is free. Their service attitude is great and you can tell that they made it priority that you walk out of there happy (which I did).
