  Workers were friendly and very helpful! Walked in and told them I was looking for a light weight waterproof jacket. I was immediately shown where to find them and pointed out the best one that would four my needs.

  Great location, very nice and helpful employees- definitely sign up for the rewards program. I just love columbia outlets anyways, but this one has the nicest staff.

  This place is great. We where in town for business and stopped in. Great prices. Good selection. Awesome customer service.

  I would give it a negative star if I could. Many of their winter-jackets were out of stuck for adult sizes while we are in the early January. Staff were so rude and disrespectful! The guy, named Christian was so nosy and talkative while he was trying to pretend to be servicie! Keep asking irrelevant questions!!! The worst thing, he, Christian, offered a hand-shake while he was sick and wearing a ski-jacket, fully zipped-up to his chin, in the store temperature and made me sick too!! Damned!!! Horrible staff! The other staff employee, the short guy with the black hair, possibly with an Arab background, was super arrogant and impatient, so does the girl with the blonde hair. I do not know who runs this place, but what is evident is that, it is a Broken business with those crazy, weird people working there! Try other branches like the one in San Clemente or other brands!

  Very limited stock...had to call many time to check for jacket i wanted. other stores like the one in citadel outlets is way better than this one. even staff is not friendly. i called to check if they have jacket in stock or not and the associate told me i am very busy so i can not answer any other question.
