  Stayed here 2 weeks in a 33-foot class A to spend time in Portland. Our first choice in the area was all booked up, but I may stay here again for a shorter time for the good price. Pros: -affordable rate -neighbors keep to themselves -WiFi works well at sites -sites aren’t muddy with constant rain -easy amazon package delivery here Okay: -laundry facilities okay, not great -workout room needs an update but at least there is one -staff isn’t overly friendly but also not intrusive Cons: -nowhere convenient for dogs to go to the bathroom -no trees or good separation between sites -plane noise -not close to public transit -no picnic benches to lock up bikes on or sit at

  basically a nice rv park with some air traffic influence (located next to the airport). the bad part of this rv-park is the administration. very slow feedback when applying for a site reservation (4 days). the reservation is unreliable (sending the CC details without any feedback and confirmation). if you call during business hours, your chance to listen to the answering machine telling you the business hours is big. the whole administration is simply unprofessional – and the management doesn't even realise that.

  This park is extremely clean, the staff is very friendly, and really a place that everyone can enjoy their stay no matter how long you wish too stay or live here... No loud parties and quiet in the evening... Julio and Jake are amazing office and park employee's...Thanks Gentlemen for your fine service... Thank you, Dr. James Glass Ph.D.

  This was a nice RV park. The sites were cement the utilities were good. Our only complaint was the size of the RV sites. We have trouble getting into the site and making sure our slides would not hit the utilities. Then we had no where to sit outside because our Truck had to be parked right next to the door to our trailer.

  We've been here nearly a month and love it! The staff are extremely helpful, attentive, and considerate (few parks will accept and sort mail for tenants), they are fair and professional. The park is quiet, in spite of the flight activity overhead (which we personally really enjoy). The road-noise is WAY less than we experienced at our last upscale park. We love the coming-and-going activity in the park, always new people to meet and new "homes" to admire. If you are looking for ease of living, the more distant newer area has no grass or yard to get wet in the winter or maintain in the summer but looks nice and clean with shrubs and rock landscape (though they provide lawn service). The rear sites also have nice insulated water cabinets with easy access to the faucet. Internet is slow during peak hours - you just cannot stream anytime day or night. Only some sites have the ability for personal Internet accounts. Cable is available as well, but it's not the best picture. This little spot by the airport is city to the west and seems country to the east with a beautiful river to the north that can be viewed when traversing Marine Drive by car (a road with no signals for miles) -- or by bicycle on the many miles of bike paths that even saunter over into Washington State. We cannot be happier. We are here to stay! :-)
