  I missed the hours by a few minutes (4) and had one package and one letter ready to go. A gentleman outside that was about to leave in his van stopped me to told me they were closed. However, he double checked what I needed to ship and took it from me with him to ship! He was extremely friendly and polite and really helped me out. I can’t speak to how good the office is as I didn’t go in, but he was spectacular. For the manager: I didn’t get his name, but he had a wrist brace on his left wrist and salt and pepper hair. He deserves recognition and even took time to help out the guy behind me that was running in!

  Theresa is fantastic - so helpful, efficient, and professional. I removed a star because the office was very understaffed - she did a great job despite the lack of support during a rush.

  The level of customer service is incredibly low. The woman at the counter is mean and rude.

  Never in my life did I think I would leave a review for a post office but the two women that work there are extremely rude and condescending. They made me buy a roll of tape and were extremely belligerent to every customer that was there. I wasn’t sure what package to use and you would have thought I asked her for a million dollars when I asked for her opinion. Obviously other people feel the same way based off of the reviews. Thankfully I never have to go there again. They’ll probably lose my package on purpose.

  Terrisa is absolutely disgusting. She is rude, unprofessional and condescending. She told me I was “bitching” because I was unaware of a USPS policy and asked a question. She tossed my package back at me when she saw that it was unlabeled. This woman clearly hates her job. She should really find a new one, because customer service isn’t it. I know this is her normal behavior, because I have seen her act rude to others as well. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE “BLONDE WOMAN AT THE WINDOW” I urge you to file a complaint with the USPS on their website immediately! USPS please hire workers who actually want to serve the public. Terrisa’s behavior is repulsive!
