  This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. They are more concerned with where and when they are getting payment then they are with the wellbeing of their patients. It felt like a shake down for as much money that they could get upfront. There was a total lack of concern for my dental health. Any issues with insurance and payment should have been worked out prior to me making this appointment on a Sunday. They had over two weeks to sort this out. There should be an option to give no stars, you didn’t earn the one star I was forced to give you by default. I wish I had read the other reviews prior to making my appointment, the only positive review was probably made by one of employees of the office.

  This was sent for my kid via text message to a home number. I rate columbia dental as one star because when getting a few filings done, the dentist was interrupted by staff 2-3 times and left my kid waiting over 20 minutes for another appointment after numbing his mouth and starting the fillings... I think that's rude, but worse my kid had to be numbed with another injection in the mouth again as when the dentist returned and started another filing I child jumped from the pain. I noted this concern to the dentist when he left the room for the second time, and was told it would last 3 hours. When we first spoke with the dentist before he numbed my child's moth, he said the fillings would take 45 ... I had another appointment that day and I had to call and reschedule it, there was a fine for it cause I failed to give 24 hours notice. I ask columbia dental not practice poor time management when children are getting procedures like filings, etc...

  The oral surgeon that I had was very nice. The dental assistant however was in the beginning but after I woke up from my wisdom teeth being pulled was very rude to my boyfriend and myself while I was having a panic attack becuase I thought I was chocking and he was trying to calm me down. She Proceeded to tell me that there was no reason for this and that there wasn’t time and told my boyfriend to stop babying me. Everyone else was very nice but I will not be returning

  Very friendly and professional team. I would definitely recommend this office.
