  I've been going there for a few years and was somewhat satisfied until recently. My hair was just starting to grow below my ears and it hadn't been cut for awhile. All I wanted was a shaping so I could look decent for a wedding the following week. What I got was a butcher job! After she cut the back to make it even, she said the sides had to be cut or it won't look right. So she cut and cut, I didn't have my glasses on so I couldn't see anything. It is so short that I can barely grab my hair in the back or the sides. I think she did it on purpose, I've never been one for short hair and she knew It! I am miserable and hope she rots in hell. Thank God I have a wig to wear for the wedding or I wouldn't go. It looks like she put a bowl on my head and cut it and the whole place smells like smoke, which I put up with.

  Was told I couldn't get a trim today and would have to come back despite the fact that the salon was completely bereft of customers. Inside looked like a dump and absolutely nothing about it seemed professional at all, and the single person working there didn't give much confidence they knew what they were doing. In hindsight it's a good thing they sent me away, I'd have feared for my hair.
