::Great food made from scratch (and amazing portion sizes too)! I had the Colossal breakfast with the red berries tea and it was all delicious. The space is cozy and intimate. There is a small parking lot adjacent to the cafe, but not more than 15 spots in it. Street parking nearby seems ample.

::Known for "flappers" yeasty huge pancakes. The one with fresh fruit is delightful . DO NOT order ..or do not order more than one of the type with the Apples, walnuts & brie. It comes swimming in syrup with way too much cinnamon and becomes cloying in a matter of minutes! One bite I was done...the scent too much and I even tossed my left overs. (Threw away, not hurled😉) Were it not for the brie...couldnt have eaten more than a bite. Maybe with syrup on the side? But ...the place is charming! The service was fast and friendly even tho they were incredibly busy! Highly recommend this place..I really do. That's why I care enough to warn...ask for syrup on the side...maybe some regular syrup because the mix of apples, walnuts and brie ...very nice...with..a "touch" of cinnamon! And the little muffins serves for anyone who has to wait too long? Simply out of this world amazing!

::Biscuits and gravy pulled straight from hell! (They are amazing.) Nice gravy that isn't super greasy and a sage leaf on top of eggs however you like em. Flappers: gigantic and fluffy. The apple/walnut/brie version has a pretty light cinnamon syrup and the apples are still chewy and not mushy. Great service, nice warm patio, and wicked hot sauce.

::Tasty food. Good prices. Fast service. I really enjoyed the coffee. I need to come back for some baked goods next time! Life hack: they might offer you some to-go coffee. If they don't, ask em!!!

::Food was amazing and everything came out hot. The pancakes have a unique texture and flavor, really good. No complaints about food or service. Wait on a Sunday at brunch time was not bad, but we did not know our table was ready for almost 10 minutes and people in line after us were being seated. This was due to them using a text message based alert system, and I did not have my phone out. I assumed they would also call my name. The communication error was a little irritating considering we stood waiting for ~30 minutes. All of that being said, we will be back, hopefully when it's a bit slower. The food was worth the wait.
