I personally come here for the beer as I'm not a coffee drinker. The atmosphere is casual and servers are always friendly. They have their own brewery now so there is always new and interesting beers from them to try as well as several guest taps that they keep rotating in with solid choices. If cocktails are your thing, they've got a full bar and make excellent old fashions! They've recently added on a kitchen where you can order food. If you're in North Kansas City, be sure to stop in and check out this unique place!

Another great Kansas City brewery! Would highly recommend the Shuttle Hop, but honestly, all their beers are good. The people at the food counter are really nice and accommodating.

Colony is a great place to go whether you're looking for a tasty caffeinated beverage, an excellent local brew, or a tasty tasty cocktail. You can start your day there with a coffee then head back in toward the end for a nightcap and be certain that you'll be met with quality service!

Always awesome unique, beers, plus, great cocktails and friendly, approachable bartenders. Their frequently cereal influenced beers may be bold for some, but they're consistenly tasty and fun to experience. Plus, the bearded man kitchen puts out some great eats, bananas-fosters waffles being a favorite.

Very impressed with the beer selection, and they release a new beer every week. The bartender took the time to explain how they made the beers, and it was interesting. She was very friendly. This is my new favorite brewery.
