  I parked successfully here, but paying the correct amount for my parking fee has been insanity. My parking fee was $4. I paid in cash with a $20. I received $14 in change. So, the machine owes me $2. I parked later in the evening, so I was unable to call or find an attendant in person. I called the next day. The attendant claimed that correct change is not their responsibility. I asked to speak with a manager. She refused to let me speak with a manager. I then asked for her name. She started literally yelling at me, refused to give me her name and then hung up on me. I called the corporate office, who said they would have the garage's manager call me back. No phone call yet.
