  If I could give them NEGATIVE stars. I definitely would. This company LITERALLY was one signature away to taking my ELDERLY parents money. Like I told them my parents are very attentive when working with or for companies. Valerie Hodge LIED through email and did not explain why every form they signed that the monthly payment was going up. In this process they lost $800 due to the appraisal they requested. They said that their tax changed from a Homestead Discount to a regular tax. THEY NEVER AGREED TO THAT and they failed to tell them that. Kyle Davis failed to explain that to them, but was not hesitant to shove paperwork for my father to sign. They are in their 70s.. you would think they would be more helpful than so money hungry. Imagine your parents going through that. They needed my parents more than they needed them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
